You may use Clak only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to record or transcribe content without the consent of all parties involved, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

Clak and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the transcription service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcriptions will be perfectly accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
